This class is a full hour of fun designed for older adults to get their hearts pumping and their bodies moving. We start with a warmup, followed by low-impact and simple dance routines designed to avoid stress on the knees, hips, and other joints. We also include activities to improve balance, handheld weights to improve muscle strength, mat work for abdominals and legs, and stretching, which are all so important for older adults.
