Welcome to the Northampton Township James E. Kinney Senior Center 

Our mission is to enhance the lives of individuals ages 55 or better by providing engagement in social, physical and educational opportunities, and to have vital involvement in their community.  The center is open to those who live in or outside Northampton Township.

BILLIARDS LEAGUE CHAMPIONSHIP

Congratulations TEAM CUBS for winning the Spring-Summer Billiards League Championship! October - Boscov's Shopping Passes

Boscov's "Friends Helping Friends" shopping event is on Wednesday, October 18 from 8:00 AM - 11:00 PM. Purchase a $5.00 shopping pass at the front desk to receive a 25% off discount card, which allows you entry into the event. Boscov's will have special pricing and other surprises that day. Perfect for Thanksgiving dessert or freeze for the upcoming holidays. It's easy, just pre-order a six-pack of StickyBuns for $10.00 AND pick it up at the senior center!

You can place your order at the front desk or click here for an order form.  Please place your order by Monday, November 20, pick-up is at the senior center on Wednesday, November 22 between 9:30 - 12:30 PM.

NEW CLASSES

NEW - Cardio Drumming

Cardio Drumming is a fun, high energy aerobic activity. This class incorporates a "yoga ball drum," drum sticks and intense musical beats. Participants can sit or stand.


NEW - Spanish Classes

Starting on Thursday, September 21, the center will offer TWO Spanish classes. There is a class for Beginners, those who are new to the language and a Refresher option, for those who have had instruction in the past. Click on class heading for details.

NEW - TWO Tap Dance Classes

Tap will return on Wednesday, September 27 at 11:10 AM AND a second class at 12:10 PM. Both classes will take place at the Northampton Township Parks and Recreation Building off Newtown-Richboro Rd.

Doodles and Drawings

Doodles and Drawings is on Wednesday from 10:00 - 11:00 AM in the Art Room. All levels are welcome so come try something new or enhance your skills. The instructor guides students through each step. Please bring a drawing pad and pencil. Click on the class heading for details.

The membership year is July 1, 2023 - June 30, 2024.
