Our mission is to enhance the lives of individuals ages 55 or better by providing engagement in social, physical and educational opportunities, and to have vital involvement in their community.  The center is open to those who live in or outside Northampton Township.

KNITastics is open to those who knit, crochet or needlepoint. Please bring your current project or start something new! The weekly group meets every Friday at 10:00 AM in the Art Room. This is an "open studio" class without an instructor or fee.

Spanish Classes

The center offers THREE levels of Spanish classes: Beginners I for those new to the language, Beginners II for those with a basic knowledge of grammar and conversation and a Refresher class for those who would like to perfect their skills. The 8-week courses begin on Thursday, April 11.  For details, please click on the heading above.

Tap Dance Classes

On Wednesday, the center has TWO tap classes, one at 11:10 AM and the second at 12:10 PM. Both classes are held at the Northampton Township Parks and Recreation Building off of Newtown-Richboro Road. If you have questions about the class or attire, please contact the instructor, Carol, at 215-497-9389.

Doodles and Drawings

Drawing class is held on Thursday at 10:00 AM.  The instructor provides detailed instructions for each step of the project. No experience necessary! Please bring a drawing pad and pencil.

The membership year is July 1, 2024 - June 30, 2025. Dues are $30.00.

Renew your membership today to keep the special perks coming! For NEW members, the membership year can begin in April for a few extra months of fun. You can become a member of the senior center if you live outside Northampton Township.

Please click here for details about the spring/summer leagues: Billiards, Bocce and Golf,  and fall/winter leagues: Darts and Table Shuffleboard.

Billiards: Registration is open until Friday, April 5. The league plays every Monday at 12:00 PM from Monday, April 15 through Monday, September 16.  

Bocce: Registration will open in May, the league begins on Monday, June 10. Games are played Monday - Friday 9:30 AM from June until October. 

Dart League: The league games are every Monday at 11:45am from November - May.

Golf: Registration starts in March, the league begins at 8:00 AM on Friday, April 5. Golfers play every Friday from April - October.

Table Shuffleboard: Games are held Tuesday - Thursday at 9:15/11:00am from November - May.
